HGV Class 2 Drivers

Overview

Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 driver looking for your next driving role in Leicestershire? Supporting our client in Leicester, who are a general haulier, you will go out daily to deliver palletised goods to delivery points within a single post coded area. Some handball may be involved. You will be a professional driver who has excellent road and driving rules knowledge who is reliable. You can expect to complete around 12- 15 deliveries per day. We are looking for someone who wants regular work, is reliable and a great team player. You will be good at communicating both verbally and written and have previous HGV Driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletised goods to delivery points within a single post coded area. Some handball may be involved.
• Be a professional driver who has excellent road and driving rules knowledge and reliability.
• Complete around 12-15 deliveries per day.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and work well as part of a team.

Contract details

Duration: Apply today for regular work with an immediate start.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Pay rate for this job is £14.00 per hour with an opportunity to work towards a permanent contract. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year pro rata.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday work with start times from 8am. You will work around 40 - 45 hours per week.

Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 driving experience
• Full UK Driving licence with Cat C entitlement
• Digi taco
• CPC Card
• No more than 6 points on your licence
