Job Description

Immediate start work for HGV Class 2 drivers in Leicestershire. We are looking for a HGV Class 2 driver to join our team supporting our client in the Leicestershire area. Starting from the depot in Thurmaston, you will likely complete deliveries in the LE post code areas (usually 2 local post codes close to each other). This is multi-drop, up to 15 per day, all palletised freight goods, commercial and domestic. Some tail lift deliveries will be involved. No handball. You will use an electric and manual pump truck. This is a nice job for someone looking for regular days and hours throughout the week.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Pay rate for this job is £14.00 per hour with an opportunity to work towards a permanent contract. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year pro rata.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday work with start times from 8am. You will work around 40 - 45 hours per week. Overtime is available.

• HGV Class 2 driving experience
• Full UK Driving licence with Cat C entitlement
• Digi taco
• CPC Card
• No more than 6 points on your licence
