HGV Class 2 Driver - BIN LORRY

We are looking for HGV Drivers who will play a vital role in the day to day operations of collecting refuse in the local community.

Join our team in Leicestershire with refuse collections within the local areas. Going out with your crew, you will be responsible for driving the rear steer vehicle in residential areas to collect general waste, recycling and garden waste.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £14.60 per hour for this driving role. Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata. We do not accept visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday work with start times from 06:30. You will always be paid a minimum of 7 hours per shift even if you have a shorter day.

• Drive the rear steer vehicle in residential areas to collect general waste, recycling and garden waste as part of a refuse collections team

Experience & Qualifications

Requirements for this position are:

• Full UK Driving licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) qualification
• Previous refuse driving experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Be an excellent team player who is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
• Be polite, professional and hard-working
