Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for a class 1 driver.

In this positon deli veries are made to both Merchants and Home Addresses. Products are light, but there is some handball to be made at times.

5 drops per day is a maximum when driving artic. If the work dictates, you will be required to go out on a class 2. On a class 2, the drop count can be as high as 10 drops. If you do drive a class 2, you will be paid for Class 1.

There are nights out in the position, as they do have runs to the south west.

All artic deliveries are made on curtainside double deck trailers.

In this position you must be able to night out. There are nights out.

Duration: This is originally long term sickness cover. However, this may lead to a permanent position;

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: This position pays £15.64 per hour plus 28 days holiday each year

Working Hours: This is a Monday to Friday position. Occasional run ins on Saturday. Start times are between each day

Experience & Qualifications

• Full UK Driving licence
• Cat C+E licence
• Digital Tachograph Card
• CPC Qualification Card
• 24 months driving experience minimum
• No more than 6 points for minor offences
• No DR/DD Disqualifications
• able to handball light product when required
• able to night out
