HGV Class 1 Driver - Gloucester, £16.00ph - £17.94ph (Including Holiday Pay) Monday to Friday, 09:00 Starts, Ongoing Work, Temp-to-Perm OpportunitiesPertemps Gloucester are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers on behalf of a leading national logistics provider based in Gloucester.

We currently have a daytime opportunities available, starting at approximately 09:00 Monday to Friday as a Specialist Delivery Driver - Working as part of a 2-person crew, delivering larger and specialist products such as commercial refrigeration units and equipment. Although a Class 1 (C+E) licence is required, there may be occasions where you will be asked to operate Class 2 rigid vehicles as part of the role.

This is ongoing work with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities available for the right candidates.

Specialist Delivery Driver

• Working as part of a 2-person delivery team
• Delivering commercial refrigeration units and specialist equipment
• Assisting with positioning and installation of products where required
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery documentation
• Occasionally operating Class 2 rigid vehicles

What We're Looking For

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence
• Valid CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Maximum of 9 points for minor endorsements
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Professional and safety-conscious approach
• Ability to work Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis

New Pass Class 1 Drivers are welcome to apply.
