HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver - Saturday to Monday Days - March (Dedicated Fleet)

We are looking to hire a professional Class 1 (C+E) Day Driver to work Saturday, Sunday & Monday Days.

_ we are not accepting applications from Newly Qualified Drivers with less than 12 months' Commercial Class 1 (C+E) Driving experience _

Preferred Experience:

Curtainside Trailers
Paper Reels and Cardboard Packaging
Ratchet Strapping

Role involves:

Clean, light work
Mostly internal straps only
Backload: Reels and Pallets
Some inter-depot drops
No Nights Out - home every day.
Ensuring vehicles comply with legal requirements, reporting issues to your DC team
Ensure the security and accuracy of delivery of the loads in your charge
Following delivery instructions accurately and effectively
Drive in a safe and efficient manner
Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

_ You must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, hold a UK digital tachograph card and a full DQC (CPC card) _

_ Estimated Gross Annual Earnings: _

c. £25,000 + Bonuses (see below)

_ Bonuses: _

£6 per shift worked Retention Bonus (c. £940)
SAFED Fuel Bonus (max. c. £700)
Pallet Bonus

_ Gross Earnings figure includes: _

Enhanced Rates after 10 hours
