Heritage Shop Retail Associate - Customer Focus & Teamwork

The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty operates the Blists Hill Victorian Town shop and is looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors. You will answer questions, help guests get the most from their day and talk about how purchases support NT projects.

Role includes weekend andBank Holiday work under a zero-hour contract; online assessment replaces CV screening. Expect involvement in merchandising, deliveries, and keeping the shop tidy and inviting.
