Heritage Building Inspector & Site Supervisor

Pareto FM is seeking a Clerk of Works to provide technical oversight, quality assurance and day-to-day site supervision across the Client Estate, ensuring maintenance works are delivered safely and to high standards.

You will collaborate with the Contract Manager and Client Property Services on multiple historic sites in Central and West London, ensuring heritage assets are protected while meeting programme and NEC3 requirements.
