Heritage Architect/Surveyor for Rural Estates

Morepeople is seeking an Architect or Building Surveyor for a position based in Winchester, Guildford, or Petworth. You will contribute to conservation, rural estate and heritage projects, handling surveys, design and technical specifications.

The role includes design influence, CDM responsibilities, contract administration, procurement and engagement with clients on conservation and listed structures. Ambition to grow within a multi disciplinary rural team is desired.
