Consol Tanning Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to support studio teams and ensure high standards of service. This fixed-term maternity cover lasts up to 9 months, with day, evening and weekend shifts across 7am-10.30pm, and some home-working on designated shifts.

You will handle customer queries by phone and email, provide remote studio support, and carry out admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Training opportunities are included.
