Helpdesk Administrator (12-month Fixed Term Contract)

£30k - £33k - Depending on experience + Plus Benefits

Summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator (12-month Fixed Term contract) to provide administration support to the contract delivery team to meet contract and business objectives. Maintain high standards of contract support in accordance with contract requirements and company procedures.

Monday to Friday, the successful applicant must be able to work different shift patterns on a rotation, working 07:00 - 16:00 and 09:00 - 18:00.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • To the first point of contact for all maintenance issues stadium wide.
  • Answering of telephones, emails and face to face interaction with both the client and third party
  • Provide contract operation support as required by the Contract Management and Supervisory teams
  • Arrange and process sub-contractor PPM orders and Remedial's as required
  • Contact with client representatives and third parties
  • Support the Contract Management team in the preparation of reports, minute action logs and communication via emails
  • Update of online Logbooks

What we're looking for:

An experienced Administrator working to strong administrative or customer service background, the ability to problem solve, prioritise requests and you must thrive under pressure and with the utmost regard for customer service this is a role for you.

You will hold current qualifications to work as a Administrator including;

  • Experience working within an FM or Building Services environment.
  • Must have educational qualifications in Mathematics and English Language (GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent)
  • IT literate in all Microsoft packages especially Word and Excel - to produce detailed Excel and Word reports.
  • Experience of Invoice reconciliation and WiP reporting.
  • Previous experience of working with a recognised CAFM system (i.e: Concept, eLogbooks, Joblogic) is desirable however you will receive training
  • Have a logical and organised method to enable 100% completion of all works.
