Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Hedge Trimmer / Groundworker to join the team, working on commercial and residential sites across the Lincoln area.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong commercial grounds maintenance experience who is looking for regular Monday-to-Friday work.

The Role

• Commercial hedge trimming and grounds maintenance


• General groundworks and outdoor maintenance duties


• Using hedge trimmers and other grounds maintenance equipment


• Keeping work areas clean, safe and tidy


• Working as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard


• Following all health and safety procedures

Duration: The position is temporary to permanent position.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: The hourly rate is £15.00. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday a year.

Working Hours: The role is Monday to Friday, typically doing 6 hours a day.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous commercial hedge trimming experience is essential


• Experience in grounds maintenance / groundworks


• Ability to work safely and efficiently


• Reliable and punctual


• Must have your own transport due to the location of the work


• Good attitude and strong work ethic
