We need your help to spark excitement and spread the word about Heart Month 2026. Encourage your friends, family, colleagues, and local community to get involved in this life saving campaign. There are so many ways people can take part, and we need your help to make sure everyone knows about them. Every conversation you start helps keep us beating.

What skills and experience do I need?

No specialist skills required, just enthusiasm and confidence to share the message! If you'd like to support us on social media, some basic posting skills will help, but the most important thing is your passion for making a difference.

What training and support will I get?

You'll receive a briefing pack full of ideas, key messages, and inspiring stats to get you started. Plus, we've created downloadable posters, flyers, and social media images so you can spread the word with ease.

How much time does BHF need?

This role is completely flexible, you decide how much time you can give. Whether it's a quick post online or a chat with your work colleagues, every effort counts.

Where is the volunteering?

Anywhere you like! This is a remote opportunity, so you can take part from home, work, or on the go.
