About the RoleFull Time / Established Hearing Aid Audiologist - Alnwick & Morpeth
(Including alternate Saturday working)
We're looking for an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist to manage two busy clinics in Alnwick and Morpeth, both with a substantial and well established customer base.
As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you'll take full ownership of your clinics, delivering high quality, customer centric hearing care and acting as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare. You'll support customers throughout their entire Hearingcare journey, providing informed, confident, and supportive guidance while recommending solutions from our full product portfolio.
The role involves flexible working, which may include some evenings and alternate Saturdays, to meet customer demand and ensure accessible, high quality care across both locations.

As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will:
- Safely perform BSA recommended procedures.
- Maintain precise clinical records.
- Achieve targets for appointment activity and sales.
- Champion Hearingcare and generate in store demand.
- Fulfil personal development and CPD requirements.
- BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
- Consistent clinical audit results.
- Completion of CPD requirements.
- Achievement of commercial targets.
- Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
