Job Description

We are hiringa HealthTech Product Manager to lead the development and delivery ofdigital healthcare products that improve patient outcomes and providerefficiency. This role involves working cross-functionally with engineering,design, and clinical teams to define product strategy, build roadmaps, anddeliver innovative digital health solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defineand own the product vision and roadmap for digital health applications orplatforms.
  
• Translateuser needs and business objectives into product features andfunctionality.
  
• Workclosely with developers, UI/UX designers, data scientists, and cliniciansto guide product delivery.
  
• Gatherand prioritise product requirements based on market research, userfeedback, and compliance needs.
  
• DriveAgile product development processes, including sprint planning, backloggrooming, and release management.
  
• Monitorproduct performance using analytics and KPIs to iterate and improvecontinuously.
  
• Ensureproduct compliance with healthcare regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA,and MHRA guidelines.
  
• Leadstakeholder engagement across business, regulatory, and technical teams.
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Proventrack record in product management for digital health platforms,telemedicine apps, EHR systems, or healthcare SaaS.
  
• Strongunderstanding of healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and clinicalenvironments.
  
• Familiaritywith health data standards: FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED.
  
• Proficiencyin Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence,or Asana.
  
• Strongstakeholder communication and leadership skills.
  
• Experienceworking with software development teams in a regulated environment.
  

Desired Skills:

• Experiencelaunching B2B or B2C HealthTech products.
  
• Knowledgeof AI/ML in healthcare or mobile health technologies.
  
• Master'sdegree (MBA, MSc Health Informatics, or equivalent).
  
• Understandingof NHS Digital frameworks or interoperability challenges in the UK.
