Job Description
Asterix is a remote healthcare services provider building DoctorOS technology to enable NHS GP clinics to work remotely and safely. We are seeking a leader to run and grow the Customer Success function in London, reporting to the Co-founders and collaborating with the Medical Director.
The role focuses on scaling the customer success operation from 4 to 10+ new customers monthly, developing playbooks, and coaching the Medical Operations team to deliver exceptional patient and provider
