The Role:

As a Healthcare Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert legal advice on complex healthcare and clinical negligence matters

• Representing clients in high-stakes litigation, primarily in the defence of medical negligence claims

• Managing a diverse caseload involving both advisory and contentious healthcare work

• Developing strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the healthcare sector

• Contributing to the ongoing development and success of the healthcare team within the firm

The Person:

• Experience in medical negligence defence work or defence litigation is essential

• Candidates with 3+ years' PQE and strong experience in healthcare law or claims will also be considered

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal cases and deliver strategic, commercially sound advice

• Practical and commercial understanding of healthcare clients' needs

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated with a client-focused approach and strong commercial awareness
