Our client is a well known national law firm with offices in Manchester.
You will work within a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked team.
- Advise healthcare professionals on high-profile and sensitive matters
- Gain exposure to a broad range of work, including GMC and GDC investigations, inquests, police investigations and Trust disciplinary proceedings
- Enjoy genuine advocacy opportunities, including representation at pre-inquest review hearings and inquests
- Develop specialist expertise in a growing and highly respected area of law

Description
As a Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer your duties will include;
- Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Advising on GMC and GDC investigations
- Representing clients at inquests and pre-inquest review hearings
- Advising on police investigations and Trust disciplinary matters
- Supporting senior lawyers and supervising junior team members where appropriate
- Achieving financial and chargeable hour targets
- Producing monthly and ad hoc client management information reports
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities
Profile
A successful Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer should be a qualified solicitor between 2-5 PQE ideally with experience in healthcare regulatory law.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
