Healthcare Recruitment Consultant: Global Nurse Talent

Cpl Healthcare is expanding its team and seeking a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to recruit Irish and international nurses and healthcare assistants into permanent roles across Ireland.

You will source, screen, and place high-quality nursing and HCA talent, building pipelines locally and internationally and guiding applicants through every recruitment step. The role is full-time and office-based for the first month, then 2 days in the office is essential.
