Contract Type: Full Time , Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Location: Longford, Roscommon, Galway, Westmeath
Tarasis Healthcare are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruiter to join our growing Healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who combines strong candidate management skills with a solid understanding of social media and digital sourcing strategies.
This role is for a proactive recruiter who enjoys building relationships, identifying talent, and using social media creatively to connect with candidates. You thrive in a target-driven environment, are highly organised, and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing and ambitious recruitment business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates through to placement and onboarding.
- Recruit healthcare professionals including nurses, healthcare assistants, support workers, allied health professionals, and other healthcare staff.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and social media platforms.
- Create engaging recruitment campaigns and job advertisements across digital and social media channels.
- Conduct candidate interviews, reference checks, and compliance screening.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future staffing requirements.
- Meet recruitment targets and contribute to business growth objectives.
- Represent the company professionally at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Minimum 1 year recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare, social care, or a related sector.
- Proven experience using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for candidate attraction and employer branding.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong administrative and IT skills.
- Flexible, reliable, and responsive to change.
- Right to work in Ireland
- Full driving licence.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, including Garda Vetting processes.
- Experience using recruitment ATS system.
