Contribute to relevant datasets, registers, and their metadata for healthcare and research needs. Develop opportunities to utilize health data provided by stakeholders, particularly by actively collaborating on the Center project. Participate in the development of the digital health data space (SwissHDS), especially regarding registers and reference data. Promote the landscape of registers and participate in the necessary foundations to ensure the interoperability of data from registers. What makes you unique Master's degree, ideally complemented by training in health services or public health, and strong knowledge of the Swiss X system, health policy, and data-related processes. Several years of experience in project management, in-depth knowledge of data management systems, and experience designing and implementing data-driven projects in the healthcare field. High social skills, political sensitivity, and analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to assert oneself in interactions with stakeholders and political bodies in the field. Ability to negotiate in at least two official languages and in English; excellent writing skills (reports, policy documents). In a few words, contribute your part!
