What will you be doing?

  • Provide IT support for all systems and applications used across the organization.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees requesting technical assistance through the general support line.
  • Diagnose, categorize, and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support the coordination of the Service Desk team (18 members), including junior, mid-level, and senior profiles.
  • Review incoming tickets, prioritize issues, and ensure proper escalation when required.
  • Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members to improve issue resolution and service quality.
  • Deliver functional and technical support to end users, ensuring continuity of critical healthcare systems.
  • Help resolve application-related issues associated with billing systems and clinical applications used by doctors.
  • Contribute to the rollout of new systems across different locations as part of the ongoing transformation plan.
  • Ensure high service quality in a critical healthcare environment where reliability and responsiveness are essential.


What are we looking for?

  • Senior experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles.
  • Experience in leadership and management positions - IT Manager, IT Technical Lead, Support Lead, etc.
  • Proficiency in ticketing tools, with hands-on experience in Jira.
  • Experience in the health sector (highly desirable).
  • Experience in coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong ability to resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Experience with reporting, metrics, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and stakeholders.
  • Mandatory fluency in Portuguese.
  • Availability for on-call support when required.
  • Availability to work in a rotating schedule between 08:00 and 21:00, including occasional Saturdays.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Porto (2 days/week remote are possible).
