Health Safety Environment Coordinator

G2 are currently searching for a HSE Coordinator to join our client in Q1 2026.

The client is looking for a permanent HSE Coordinator to join there team on an operational process plant, you will be working with the plant owner who works in the clean energy space.

The role would require for you to act as a sole safety specialist onsite. Working as part of a global safety team, you would work on the live operational safety of the plant, be a hands on member of the management team whilst working towards operational incident free safety and maintaining all standards up to company expectations.

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Contract : €5,500 - 6,500 per month - Full-Time/Payroll.

Languages: Dutch (necessary) & English.

Experience with:

• Align company standards with Dutch guidelines and regulations.

• Operate IMS systems, perform audits, inspections and risk assessments.

• Someone with several years of HSE experience with an understanding of national and international HSE legislation.

• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

• MVK, willing to achieve HVK.

The role requires a strong HSE Coordinator who is confident in advising operational, maintenance and site-based staff on quality, health, safety and environmental issues.

Dutch Speaking and MVK (or HVK) is essential
