CMS X ensures 7 days a week coverage for the 7 CMS X Soins Lausanne for daytime and evening replacements to guarantee the continuity of care. Being part of CMS X means having the freedom to work according to your availability, with no minimum activity rate. We are looking to complement the CMS X team urgently or as agreed for several: Healthcare Assistants (H/F) with a variable activity rate between 20% and a fixed indefinite duration - hourly salary. Your mission includes delivering medical-technical and delegated medical care according to your area of expertise, responsibly supporting clients in need and compensating for the disabilities of dependent individuals, contributing to health maintenance and disease prevention through an interdisciplinary approach, stimulating and supporting clients and their loved ones towards maximum autonomy according to their capabilities, contributing to the smooth functioning of the team and ensuring tasks inherent to the position, intervening on non-planned requests from CTMG (central telephone service for on-call doctors), and ensuring the proper transmission of information among all participants through the client file. Your profile and skills as a Healthcare Assistant: a healthcare assistant CRS 120 hours or considered equivalent (diploma recognized by CRS) - in the socio-medical field and a strong interest in community health. Ability to organize independently while collaborating in a network and multidisciplinary environment. Sense of responsibility and professional ethics. Proficiency in spoken and written French. Good proficiency with tools and mobile telephony. Driving license and vehicle are essential.
