Health and Wellbeing Coach

Overview

We have an exciting full time opportunity to join as a Health & Wellbeing Coach. The role is hybrid and based in Hatfield; you will need to drive and have your own transport. The role involves supporting families, so experience working with children/young people is required. You will be delivering on our Youth and 1:1 services and may work at least 2-3 evenings a week, with latest delivery until 19:30.

Responsibilities

• Support families and deliver on Youth and 1:1 services.


• Work 2-3 evenings per week, with latest shift until 19:30.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/young people.


• Ability to travel to Hatfield and work on a hybrid schedule; driving licence and own transport are required.
