The Supply Register is currently recruiting Health and Social Care Lecturers to join our bank of staff supporting West Lancashire College. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced lecturers or industry professionals looking for flexible work.

The Role

As a Health and Social Care Lecturer, you will deliver engaging lessons and support learners preparing for careers in healthcare and social care settings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering Health & Social Care lessons (BTEC / CACHE)
• Supporting coursework and assignments
• Preparing learners for placements and employment
• Monitoring learner progress and providing feedback
• Promoting safeguarding and professional standards

What We re Looking For

• Experience in Health and Social Care or related field
• Teaching experience or willingness to move into education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with BTEC/CACHE (desirable)
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
