Health & Safety Training Lead (Hybrid)

Irwin and Colton is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Trainer to lead delivery of training and courses to a diverse client base. Hybrid in Cumbria, you will drive high standards and a positive safety culture within client sites and virtual sessions.

The role requires Level 3 Train the Trainer or equivalent, a strong health and safety background, and the ability to engage at all levels with practical, hands-on delivery and excellent communication skills.
