You will oversee people-related health and safety across a wide range of services and employees. As the senior authority on health and safety, you will shape and steer the corporate framework, working closely with senior leaders and managers to develop effective policies, standards, and procedures that address risk and align with legislation and best practices.
We are looking for an experienced health and safety professional with a strong strategic and leadership background. You will need:
In-depth Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices, with proven ability to interpret and apply these effectively.
Strong Communication Skills to effectively guide, influence, and support senior leaders.
Investigative Skills to monitor, audit, and respond to performance issues.
Proven Track Record of developing health and safety policies.
Leadership Capability to drive culture change and embed safe practices across the organisation.
