Health & Safety Lead: UK Compliance & Risk

Red Kite Community Housing in High Wycombe is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead the development and improvement of the organisation's health and safety framework. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with relevant legislation, manage risks, and work closely with the Home Safety Manager to oversee audit activities.

Ideal applicants will have over three years of health and safety experience, an understanding of UK legislation, and proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigations. The role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to participate in a pilot of a 35-hour work week.
