Health & Safety Coordinator

Location: Maynooth, Co. Kildare

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Health & Safety Coordinator to join our client, a leading Architectural Consultancy practice. The successful candidate will support the delivery of health and safety services across a range of construction projects, including the preparation of Preliminary Health & Safety Plans and undertaking site inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Preliminary Health & Safety Plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and maintain project records.
• Support PSDP duties and review contractor safety documentation.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and design teams.

Requirements

• Qualification in Health & Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction health and safety legislation.
• Strong organisational, communication, and report writing skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
