Salary: Up to £45k + car/car allowance £4,250 per annum + enhanced maternity/paternity and sick pay + further benefits

About the RoleWe are expanding our Health and Safety team and seek an experienced Health and Safety Consultant to provide high-quality consulting support, helping clients achieve operational excellence through SMS-related services at the Clean Energy Consulting Group. You will support the group in identifying innovative solutions for current and future clients.
Responsibilities include:- Delivering services as part of the annual Clean Energy and Consulting Group initiatives.
- Marketing relevant services of the company.
- Building strong client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Conducting research and guiding clients.
- Staying updated on legislation, standards, and technical developments.
- Responding to client requests and proposals.
- Adhering to Bureau Veritas core values and ethics.
- Managing projects to time and budget, including resource management.
- Ensuring the use of technical tools and methodologies to deliver quality work.
- Providing technical consultancy and drafting documents.
- Following safety practices on site.
- Supporting project forecasting and workload planning.
- Monitoring KPIs and resource utilization.
- Supporting team collaboration and competency development.
- Engaging with vendors and contractors to ensure effective service delivery.
- Supporting design and construction from an EHS perspective.
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure safety during events.
- Supporting audits and inspections.

Essential: NEBOSH general certificate or degree in health and safety, plus relevant occupational safety qualifications.
Desirable: Lead Auditor ISO standards, fire risk assessment, ergonomics, human factors, energy industry experience, operational excellence methodologies, resilience engineering, safety culture, and project management methodologies.
