To continue on this trajectory throughout 2023, they're investing heavily in their people to ensure they can achieve their stretching growth targets with the aim of doubling in size within the next few years.

To be successful, you need to be commercially minded and technically strong, ability to think outside the box and deliver bespoke, innovative solutions for clients and ideally have experience with clients 500 lives and above (gained in an intermediary)
