Supported by the expertise and resources of Outcomes First Group, you'll lead a school where innovation, inclusion and ambition combine to transform the lives of children and young people with Autism and additional needs.

If you're an inspirational leader ready to build something exceptional, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide strategic leadership, establishing the vision, culture and direction of our brand-new specialist school.
  • Recruit, inspire and develop a high performing team, creating a positive culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the design and delivery of an ambitious, therapeutic and needs led curriculum that enables every pupil to thrive.
  • Drive outstanding standards in teaching, learning, safeguarding and pupil outcomes across the school.
  • Ensure full compliance with DfE, Ofsted, Independent School Standards and all statutory requirements.
  • Build strong partnerships with pupils, families, local authorities and external professionals to support excellent outcomes and sustainable growth.
  • Oversee admissions, financial performance, operational management and resource planning to ensure the long term success of the school.
  • Lead continuous school improvement, using data, self evaluation and innovation to deliver exceptional educational experiences.
About You
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE (or equivalent) and NPQH (or is working towards it).
  • Has substantial senior leadership experience within a special or mainstream school, ideally including Headship or Deputy Headship.
  • Is passionate about inclusive education and improving outcomes for children and young people with Autism, SEND and additional needs.
  • Thrives on creating new opportunities, building high performing teams and leading transformational change.
  • Is an inspirational leader who motivates, develops and empowers others to achieve excellence.
  • Has strong strategic, financial and operational leadership skills with experience of school improvement and quality assurance.
  • Builds outstanding relationships with pupils, families, local authorities and multidisciplinary professionals.
  • Is fully committed to safeguarding, wellbeing and creating a culture where every child can flourish.
