Head Office Customer Experience Specialist (3-6 Month Contract)

Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for its Royston Head Office on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract. You will be the voice of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences across phone, email and live chat while gaining insight into multiple business functions.

You'll train as a Hotel Chocolat expert, support fraud prevention efforts and collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain and Operations to learn how a premium retailer operates.
