Head of Workplace Experience & Hospitality Governance

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Hospitality Governance Lead to drive exceptional workplace experiences across accounts. You will serve as the subject matter expert for amenity services, develop playbooks and SOPs, train teams, and manage vendor relationships to ensure service excellence.

You will lead and mentor HX ambassadors, align programs with client goals, and benchmark performance to drive improvements across reception, mail, EV charging, AV, food service, and events.
