Head of Workforce & Organisation Design (Hybrid)

Macmillan Cancer Support is seeking a Head of Workforce and Organisation Design. The role is permanently hybrid, with 1 day per week in our London office, and offers a salary in the £78,000-£86,000 range.

You will lead a specialist team, build workforce planning frameworks, and shape structures and operating models to deliver Macmillan's strategy. You will influence leaders, translate data into decisions, and drive talent and career pathways to strengthen organisational effectiveness.
