The Finance team is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global fintech would be lost without them. They're more than just an important part of the business - they're our backbone.

Internal accounting? That's a good start. Supporting all areas of the company and assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities - this is what our financial people do all day long.

We're looking for a Head of Treasury to leverage and tailor group systems and processes to establish the Treasury department in France.

You'll ensure robust frameworks and controls are in place to meet regulatory requirements and support the development of the wider business while optimising returns.

What you'll be doing

• Establishing and leading the Treasury function for Revolut in France
• Monitoring liquidity to meet internal and regulatory requirements
• Managing interest rate and credit spread risk exposures
• Optimising the deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet expected risk and return profiles
• Partnering with the CFO on liquidity, credit spread, and interest discussions with regulators and the board
• Aligning models and risk management with Group Treasury policies
• Collaborating with Finance and Risk teams to ensure treasury alignment
• Leading the local Assets and Liabilities Committee

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience managing interest rate and liquidity risks in a bank's finance department
• Excellent analytical thinking to interpret financial data
• The ability to simplify complex financial concepts for effective communication
• Deep knowledge of applicable banking regulations (IRRBB, CSRBB, CRR)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication across stakeholders
• Proven track record building treasury processes and controls
• A master's degree in economics, engineering, management, or mathematics

• Fluency in French
