What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and delivering afuture-focused workforce plan
• Creating and embeddingskills mappingand internal mobility frameworks
• Leadingtalent acquisition strategyand operations with end-to-end oversight
• Drivinglearning needs analysis, upskilling and capability development
• Supporting business units withsuccession planning, leadership pathways and development
• Partnering with global functions toscale talentas the business expands internationally
