Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the strategic direction of our global hiring efforts and overall responsibility for the TA business unit.
  • The Head of TA will be accountable for the performance, delivery, functional budget management, and operational effectiveness of the TA function in the UK & USA.
  • Define and lead the global talent acquisition strategy in alignment with the company's long-term business objectives.
  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the TA Manager and wider TA team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
  • Building and scaling the TA team in the USA to support company growth
  • Providing strategic support and mentorship to the US-based TA team, fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with global TA standards.
  • Provide quarterly insights to the board on talent trends, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in strategic and executive hiring.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing Talent Acquisition teams, including direct line management and coaching responsibilities.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-regional organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at C-suite level.
  • Deep understanding of workforce planning, succession, and talent intelligence.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
