• Monitor inventory levels and streamline logistics to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.
• Analyse supply chain performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Supply Chain should have:

• Proven expertise in supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management (Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, and Logistics processes).
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
