Head of SME Credit Underwriting & Business Banking (Hybrid)

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Head of SME & Business Banking Credit Underwriting in a senior leadership role. You will lead underwriting across SME, CRE and Business Banking, shaping credit decisions, risk standards and portfolio outcomes while driving transformation and data-enabled processes.

You will manage a large team, engage with senior stakeholders, and align credit strategy with sustainable growth, leveraging deep technical expertise and commercial judgement across sectors.
