Head of Shafts

Do you have experience working in a senior leadership role? Do you have experience delivering tunnels and shafts on major infrastructure projects? This position demands a highly experienced civil engineering professional with strong leadership, technical, and project management capabilities to drive successful project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading joint venture to support the delivery of tunnels and shafts as part of HS2.

Salary: £75,000 - £82,000 DOE + Benefits
Location: London - 1 day remote per week

• Previous experience managing the delivery of major infrastructure projects
• Previous experience working on tunnelling and heavy civils
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in project management tools and software for scheduling, budgeting and reporting
• BEng Civil Engineering or equivalent
