Job Description
Baltimore Consulting is seeking a Head of Service - Improvement, Assurance and Reforms (Principal Social Worker) for a 3-month contract starting ASAP in the Midlands with hybrid working (3 days on-site). You will lead standards and safeguarding across Adult Social Care, reporting to senior leadership and driving strategic improvement.
You will shape workforce strategy, oversee performance and budgets, and lead transformation programmes while representing the authority regionally.
