Head of Service Engineering - Submarine Systems

Rolls-Royce plc is recruiting a Head of Service Engineering for a hybrid role based in Derby. You will lead service engineering teams within the Services DBU, ensuring safe, available NSRPs and delivering high availability, reliability and maintainability for naval systems.

You will manage multi disciplinary teams, oversee budgets, and collaborate with Integrated Product Support managers to deliver high quality engineering outputs and data services for in service and entry into service programs.
