Head of Service (Contract Cleaning) - Flexible Leadership

Nviro Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Service to lead our contract cleaning portfolio across Hampshire, Brighton, West Sussex and the Isle of Wight. You will manage service delivery, lead a senior team, and drive continuous improvement while reporting to the Operations Director.

You will onboard for six months, then transition into the Senior Leadership Team to steer long-term strategy, profitability and client relationships.
