Head of Service - Quality & Improvement

Our client, Brent Council, is looking for a Head of Service for their Quality & Improvement team.

• Understanding CQC processes and requirements essential
• Office-based 2 or 3 times a week - full-time in the event of a CQC inspection
• Must be immediately available
• Practice Development Needs, Principal Social Work and Transformation Team and Performance Team
• Will be supervising a small team of up to 5 direct reports
• Performance, data, training, development and practice
• Evidence of experience improving a CQC rating in a local authority context would be ideal
