Head of Service - Member & Operations (Remote)

My Money Matters is seeking a Head of Service to lead our Operations and Member Services teams, supporting 470 employers and over half a million employees. You will build a lean, automation-first function that scales with growth and partners with other teams to ensure a superior experience for employers and members.

You will set strategy, KPIs and processes, manage managers, and drive data-driven decisions to improve service quality, efficiency and retention while collaborating with Product and
