Head of Service - Corporate Parenting

We are looking for a Head of Service to lead the Permanence Hub where you will join our Corporate Parenting leadership team.

- You will need to have an understanding of how to include our service users, partners and staff in our journey to outstanding.
- You will need to have the ability to think ahead, scan opportunities and innovation to improve the outcomes for young people, whilst ensuring effectiveness of the managersandworkers in delivering good practice.
- You will have the skills to build relationships with key partners to understand and fulfil their corporate parenting responsibilities to our young people.
- You must hold SW qualification
- Relocation Allowance of up to £8,000 (T&C's apply)
- We pay your Social Work England registration fee
- We pay your DBS application fee and reimburse your update service fee
- A generous annual leave package of 30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, rising to 33 days after 5 years of service and 35 days after 10 years of service.
