ROLE & IMPACT
Partoo emphasizes a strong sales culture, with 50% of talent dedicated to growth. As Head of Sales MENA, your mission will be to establish Partoo as a regional leader with over 500 clients, defining strategies, managing a team, and executing sales plans.
MISSIONS
- Develop regional sales strategies in collaboration with the Chief of Sales
- Achieve sales quotas through new customer acquisition and upselling existing clients
- Identify and secure high-value enterprise deals
- Implement sales roadmaps and collaborate with marketing
- Travel within the region at least once a month
PEOPLE
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent
- Manage and support your team in various sales cycles
- Participate in training and develop scalable sales processes
IMPACT & INFLUENCE
- Represent Partoo at conferences and networking events
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders
- Influence product and market strategies
Q&A / INFORMATION
- 2025 new business target for MENA: €1 million ARR, aiming for €2 million by 2026
- Average deal size in MENA: €14K-€20K over recent years
- Key customers include McDonald's, Al Nahdi, Aramex, Burger King, Cenomi Group, and Apparel Group
REQUIREMENTS
- Over 5 years of sales experience and 3+ years in management, ideally in SaaS
- Strong sales skills and market knowledge, especially in GCC
- Leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent in English and MSA; Gulf dialect and French are pluses
