Head of Sales - Enterprise SaaS, HealthTech

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: £180,000 - £200,000+
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

The Company

We're working with a VC backed HealthTech scale up building an AI powered software platform used by pharma, biotech and clinical research organisations to remove administrative bottlenecks and accelerate clinical trials.

The business is entering a high growth phase following recent investment and is now hiring a Head of Sales to lead enterprise revenue growth and build out the commercial function.

The Opportunity

This is a hands on, senior sales leadership role where you'll take ownership of net new enterprise sales while shaping and scaling the sales team.

You'll work closely with the executive team, marketing and technical specialists to drive predictable revenue and establish robust sales processes in a fast moving, high impact environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the full enterprise sales cycle (prospecting discovery demo close expansion)
  • Drive new logo acquisition across pharma, biotech, CROs and research organisations
  • Lead, mentor and scale the sales team (Account Executives, SDRs, Pre Sales)
  • Develop territory plans and strategic account targeting
  • Run senior level commercial and solution led conversations with enterprise buyers
  • Collaborate with marketing on GTM campaigns and pipeline generation
  • Track, forecast and report revenue and KPIs to leadership
  • Represent the business at industry events and conferences
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven success in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with a strong, metrics backed track record
  • Experience selling complex software solutions into mid market / enterprise customers
  • Hands on experience in a scale up or high growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead or mentor sales teams
  • Confident running discovery, demos and commercial negotiations
  • Comfortable working cross functionally with technical and product teams
